The Pancho Villa I is an air conditioned one bedroom beach home with full kitchen, bathroom with shower, large covered deck, outdoor shower, and sunny side yard. It has a king size bed and sleeps two. The views to the ocean from the deck and side yard are spectacular.
The Pancho Villa II beach home has two bedrooms, each with a private bath/shower and private deck entrance. The two king size beds can be divided into four individual beds. There is a full kitchen, 2 1/2 baths, laundry area, sun deck and shade deck. Outdoor shower. It is fully air conditioned.
The plunge pool is for exclusive use of The Pancho Villa II guests.
All of our rooms were recently upgraded with the latest LG mini-split Air Conditioners.
So you will be very comfortable visiting even in the low cost summer months.
Many other homes in San Pancho are not fully air conditioned like ours.

No caballos inside the casas. No matter how much you love your horse.
Dynamite, machine guns, and hand grenades are not permitted under any circumstances.
Remove spurs.
Vivimos in paz y amore… no fighting on the premises.

Our walls are not to be used by firing squads.

Dancing nightly is required.
All persons, dead or alive, must be removed from the premises by checkout time.
